At Pretily, we prioritize quality, convenience, and customer satisfaction. Our policies aim to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent, covering ordering, payment, delivery, and customer support.
Ordering and Payment Options
Pretily offers a variety of payment methods to ensure a flexible and secure shopping experience. Customers can choose from Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, and Debit Card options. To confirm your order, please reach out to us through our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, or via WhatsApp. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service, and for any complaints, suggestions, or queries, you can contact us through our Facebook page, by email, or directly via phone.
Delivery and Shipping
We are pleased to offer shipping services throughout Pakistan using M&P courier service, known for its reliability and efficiency. Delivery times vary based on your location; orders to nearby areas typically arrive within 2-3 working days, while those to farther areas may take 3-7 working days. To enhance your shopping experience, we provide free shipping on bundle offers and sales promotions, while standard shipping charges apply to all other orders. Our delivery riders operate on pre-set routes, so please note that delivery times are approximate. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding regarding this matter. We also encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery; should you find any discrepancies or damages, please contact us immediately for resolution.
Cancellation and Waiting Charges
Customers may cancel their Pretily appointment up to one hour prior to the scheduled booking time without incurring any penalty. However, if a cancellation occurs within less than an hour of the appointment, a fee of PKR 500 will be applied, which will be added to your next appointment. In the event that a beauty technician cancels an appointment at the last minute, Pretily will arrange a new appointment for you at a discounted rate.
For client delays, a grace period of 15 minutes will apply. After this period, a charge of PKR 250 will be added for every 15 minutes of delay. On the other hand, Pretily also provides a grace period of 15 minutes for beauty technician delays. After this period, discounts will apply: a 10% discount for delays of 15 minutes or more, a 30% discount for delays of 30 minutes, and a 50% discount for delays exceeding one hour.
If you wish to reschedule an appointment, please contact our customer care team at least two hours before the scheduled time, allowing you to update the date and time of your appointment as needed.
