At Pretily, we are committed to transparency and a smooth client experience. This Terms and Conditions policy details the guidelines for using our services, including bookings, payments, cancellations, exchanges, and member responsibilities.
Exchange and Returns Policy
- Eligibility for Exchange: Items must be in original, unused condition with tags and packaging, eligible within 3 days of delivery.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: Return via Pakistan Post for exchange, with Pretily covering replacement.
- Non-Exchangeable Items: Clearance items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- Exchange Timeline: Processing exchanges takes 3–5 business days upon receiving the item.
Order Cancellations and Modifications
Customers can cancel or modify orders within two hours of submission. After this window, cancellations or modifications cannot be processed, and the order will be considered confirmed.
Cancellation and Waiting Charges
- Cancellation Fees: Appointments canceled within an hour incur a PKR 500 fee.
- Technician Cancellations: If canceled by a technician, Pretily offers a discounted reappointment.
- Waiting Charges: Delays by clients beyond a 15-minute grace period incur PKR 250 per 15 minutes. Technician delays beyond 15 minutes earn the client discounts up to 50%.
Rescheduling Appointments
To reschedule, contact customer service at least two hours before the scheduled time. Appointment dates and times can be updated as needed with advance notice.
Pricing and Payment for Services
Pretily service prices are fixed and non-negotiable, even when customers use their own products. Payment is due upon service completion, either in cash or via bank transfer, with confirmation details provided on WhatsApp. A payment confirmation screenshot is required before the technician departs; otherwise, failure to complete payment may lead to membership suspension.
Travel Charges
Some areas may require additional travel fees depending on the distance. Details about applicable charges are available on the FAQ page on Pretily’s website.
Deals and Sales
Pretily periodically offers exclusive deals and sales that are valid for multiple appointments within the sale period. Deals are non-transferable and must be used according to the specified terms. Please note that deals and discounts may expire at any time without prior notice.
Beauty Services and Membership
- Appointment Booking: Register and verify membership details for booking. Confirmations are sent via SMS.
- Technician Assignment: Qualified technicians are assigned, and multiple technicians may be sent if necessary.
- Direct Booking Restrictions: All bookings must be through Pretily’s website; direct bookings with technicians within three months of agreement termination are not permitted.
Membership Responsibilities
Members are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their accounts. Any unauthorized access or security breaches should be reported to Pretily immediately.
Customer Responsibilities
- Workspace Requirements: Provide a clean, safe environment with necessary amenities for technicians. Pets should be kept separate, and children under 13 supervised.
- Respectful Conduct: Offensive behavior towards technicians may lead to service termination.
Reservation of Rights
Pretily reserves the right to modify service prices, sale dates, and terms of any deals or policies as necessary.
Limitation of Liability
- Disclaimer: Pretily is not liable for any damages, loss, or disruptions in service. Liability does not cover website usage interruptions or any events beyond Pretily’s control.
Complaints & Feedback
Pretily encourages clients to provide feedback by rating the technician’s service in the order history within the app. The customer care team may follow up for additional details if needed.
